The My Media Group, the French leader in performance marketing, has acquired 100% of the capital of Synodiance, one of the leaders in SEO (consulting in organic search) in France.
Synodiance has a gross margin of over 4 million euros and has a team of over 40 collaborators in Paris and Nantes. In its 14 years of existence, the agency has become one of the leading SEO agencies in France.
This acquisition is a strategic one for the My Media Group. Indeed, the Group already has top level expertise in the field of SEO with its existing agency, Search Foresight. The agency, founded in 2012, is currently headed by Philippe Yonnet, one of the best experts in the field in Europe.
Search Foresight now has an even more unique offering in the digital market. The agency provides expert consultants in Search Marketing, but it also builds efficient and durable search strategies. It can also help them deploy the necessary technical solutions as well as implement the appropriate means and organisation to deliver results.
The new entity built from these two leaders, renamed Search Foresight, counts over 30% of the top 50 French websites among its clients, has a gross margin of 7 million euros and a staff of over 60 experts, becoming the uncontested leader of SEO in France. Philippe Yonnet will head the new structure.
With this acquisition, the My Media Group is continuing its strong growth and is announcing an expected 20 million euro gross margin for 2016, with a total staff of over 130 people.
